  Pre ordered pizza from here but the pizza never came. I called and the delivery driver was rude saying he came but the doorbell was taped (when it's clearly a second doorbell) and that he tried to call, I never got a call. Complained to the manager who said my number is in the system incorrectly. I've been ordering pizza for years from this location how is this possible. NO ONE EVER APOLOGIZED just offered to rush deliver a new pizza. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never purchase from this Aurelio's again.
